Slow Cotton pyro by Theatre Effects

To be used with Pyro effects and Smoke Powder.

Used as a primer for Colored Smoke Powder obtained by emptying one of the Smoke Cartridges so as to keep it burning evenly and to ensure complete ignition. May also be used with our Ninja Smoke Powder.

Can be lit with a match, lighter, IG03 Surefire Ignitor, or a device such as our Utility Smoke Cup that utilizes a spark wheel assembly.
