Please select items to be purchased carefully, becuase returned items will cost you shipping both ways.
Returns: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and receive a refund (minus shipping and service fee costs) within 15 days from the purchase date (or store credit-our option). Returns are not accepted after the 15 day grace period. Refunds only apply to items returned in their original condition which will be determined when the item(s) is returned to us. Please contact us before returning an item so that we may issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Once you have this number (RAN), please place the item(s) to be returned in a well packed container along with a copy of your invoice and return to the address listed below.
Items not returnable are: DVD’s; Downloads and products where the open package deems it unsaleable (Open and or damaged packaging). Sale items and Collectible items may not be returned for any reason other than for defects.
Replacement-Defective items only: You may ask for an replacement if the item in question is defective in any way. Please contact us for an Authorized Exchange Number (AEN).
NOTE: Shipping Charges: You are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returned items. Shipping and processing fees will be applied to all returns.
Defective items: Shipping charges will be reimbursed on defective items only. Defective items will be replaced at our cost.
