Cutting an Arm in Three-Tora Magic

The assistant’s hand passes through the box and comes out on the other side.
There are two metal blades which pass through the boxes and separate the middle piece severing the arm.

Then the performer removes the middle box and the arm is seen to be in three sections, the middle section is missing from view. The performer then ignites the center section for dramatic effect, which shows that there are no mirrors, used, etc.  

The center box is replaced, extinguishing the fire. The blades are removed and the assistant pulls her arm free of the 'torture device' and all ends well.
