The Elastic Lady is a classic effect, now made easy to build with Osborne Illusion plans: It's not a flimsy illusion, but rather a prop that looks the part.

A large, impressive Oriental cabinet is displayed and shown empty. The magician's assistant enters the cabinet with her head, feet and hands only exposed and locked securely in stocks. By using ropes attached to the stocks, the magician is able to extend her appendages to extreme corners of the cabinet. This is repeated to form several unique configurations until she is released from the empty cabinet and shown to be back to her normal self.

The plans themselves are a work of art and would make a welcome addition to any workbench or library. Three pages plus instructions.
